A fiery twist on a classic, Schnitz’s Mexican Parma brings bold spices and crunch to every bite.
Schnitz is turning up the heat this winter with the launch of its all-new Mexican Parma and Chips, available for a limited time from Friday 1 August to Monday 8 September at Schnitz restaurants across Australia.
This fiery take on the classic parma begins with Schnitz’s hand-crafted schnitzel, stacked high with chunky salsa, jalapeños and chillies, before being topped with melted mozzarella, a dollop of sour cream, and creamy smashed avocado. To take things up another notch, guests can pair their plate with a signature corn crunch, choosing between a traditional or spicy flavour profile. Of course, no Schnitz experience would be complete without their famous golden, crispy chips served on the side.
To make things even tastier, Schnitz is celebrating World Beer Day on August 1 with an exclusive treat for Crumb Collective members – $5 Coronas during happy hour at participating licensed restaurants. Plus, members who order the new Mexican Parma plate between 1–7 August will score double the crumbs on their order.
