A nostalgic Mambo x Kip&Co collaboration celebrates Aussie summer style
Two of Australia’s most iconic lifestyle brands have joined forces to create a bold new collection that perfectly captures the essence of summer. Cult surf and streetwear label Mambo has partnered with vibrant lifestyle brand Kip&Co to launch a nostalgic yet fresh range that spans apparel, homewares and even pet accessories.
Launching October 28, 2025, the Mambo x Kip&Co collection fuses Mambo’s irreverent 80s and 90s surf culture with Kip&Co’s modern, eclectic energy. The result is a vibrant showcase of colour, humour and design that celebrates the Australian way of life.
Inspired by backyard BBQs, beach holidays and carefree days under the sun, the collection revives Mambo’s most famous prints, including the return of the beloved Puppies artwork by Reg Mombassa, a symbol of Australian creativity and culture. “This collab is a love letter to Australian summers, salty hair, sandy feet, irreverent humour and endless fun,” says Kate Heppell, Creative Director and Co-Founder of Kip&Co. “Bringing Mambo’s cult heritage together with Kip&Co’s playful spirit just felt natural.”
The collection has something for everyone. Apparel for adults, kids and babies includes resort wear, swimwear and sleepwear bursting with bold, nostalgic graphics that nod to Mambo’s art-filled legacy. The home and bedding range, made from organic cotton, stands out as a highlight, featuring designs like Mambo World, Going Bananas, Sticker Club and Puppies. Even pets can join in the fun, with colourful accessories and bedding that bring the Mambo spirit into every corner of the home.
