This November, Melbourne’s much-loved venue Glasshaus Inside opens its lush, light-filled space for a unique event that merges floristry and flavour. The “Filled With Wonder” flower arranging and gin cocktail workshop invites guests to slow down, get creative, and savour the season.
Led by Kathy Nguyen of boutique studio Rosie Haus, attendees will craft their own floral arrangements surrounded by cascading greenery while sipping three cocktails made with Edinburgh Gin. Guests will also be among the first in Australia to try the new Strawberry & Pink Pepper Gin.
The three serves include a crisp Classic G&T with The Classic Edinburgh Gin and orange peel, a refreshing Watermelon & Lime Punch made with Edinburgh Gin Watermelon & Lime Gin, and the hero Strawberry & Pink Pepper Gin Sour, featuring Edinburgh Gin Strawberry & Pink Pepper Gin, lemon, strawberry syrup, and a hint of pink peppercorn. Each drink has been crafted to complement the botanical setting and the creative experience.
Taking place on Saturday 15 November 2025, the event offers two sessions: 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm. Tickets are $35 per person and include the class, three cocktails, and a grazing table filled with local cheeses and charcuterie. Each guest will leave with their own hand-made floral arrangement and cocktail recipes to recreate at home.
Set inside Glasshaus Inside, 44 Cremorne Street, Richmond VIC, this 90-minute workshop offers an afternoon of creativity, social connection, and spring celebration. It’s the perfect way to unwind before the festive season while enjoying a sensory blend of colour, scent, and taste.
