On Friday, 25 October, Windsor’s day-to-night Italian-inspired restaurant and basement bar, Studio Amaro, will offer a pasta celebration like no other, serving up $20 pasta dishes for the ultimate Friday lunch fix ahead of World Pasta Day.

Known for its fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative twists on Italian classics, from 12 pm to 3 pm, Studio Amaro will make lunch the main event – guests will be able to enjoy delicious, house-made pastas at a steal, all while enjoying the good times and good vibes of the Chapel Street Italian-inspired eatery.

Studio Amaro’s pasta specials will feature, alongside menu favourites, Focaccia, Burrata, Fries and Rocket and Parmesan salad:

  • Casarecce All’Amatriciana, Guanciale, Tomato, Chilli Basil
  • Messe Maniche Alla Gricia, Pancetta, Pecorino, Pink Peppercorn
  • Spaghetti Aglio E Olio, Garlic, Pepperoncino, Anchovy, Pangrattatto

The 165-year-old Port Melbourne courthouse, with its high ceilings, glowing chandeliers, and sense of occasion, will make your pasta dinner feel straight out of the movies – where you and your plate play the lead role. With beautiful dishes like pillowy potato gnocchi with oxtail ragù, zesty ocean-fresh hits with Spanner Crab Inked spaghetti, and a variety of penne, rigatoni and tagliatelle, we ensure you’ll enjoy an authentic Italian dinner.
