A trio of limited-edition Negronis
Fleet’s Negroni Week menu features three unique takes on the iconic cocktail:
- Coral: Crafted with Never Never Ginache Gin, Saison Rhubarb, Campari and finished with orange foam and a coral garnish. Expect a rich, fruit-forward flavour that’s sweet, silky and textural.
- Seaside: A bright mix of Never Never Triple Juniper Gin, Campari, mojito cordial and Negroni jelly. This one is citrus-kissed and breezy, evoking the energy of waves and sunshine.
- Rockpool: A more adventurous choice featuring Never Never Oyster Shell Gin, Amaro Braulio, dry vermouth, saline and citrus granita. It’s mineral-rich, herbaceous and just a little wild.

To make the week even more engaging, Fleet has introduced a stamp card challenge. Guests who try all three Negroni specials during the week will go into the draw to win either dinner and drinks at Fleet or a hamper filled with Never Never goodies.
